How we solved the challenge:

  • Development and implementation of a new Paid Media Strategy, including Facebook&Instagram Ads and Google Ads campaigns.

  • Setting up a metasearch channel and launching a Google Hotel Ads campaign

  • The Google Business profile was enhanced with up-to-date information and high-quality photos. Additionally, a UTM (Urchin Tracking Module) was integrated to facilitate tracking of bookings originating from the Google Business profile. This enables a better understanding of the number of bookings generated from this source.

  • An online chat feature was added to the property’s website to allow visitors to communicate directly with a hotel representative. This saves visitors time by providing them with an immediate means of contact, rather than having to call or email the hotel.
